Cooloola Christian College Enrolment Application
Thank you for your interest in enrolling your child at our school.
Please follow the steps below to complete your application.
This application form allows families to enrol online.
A non-refundable application fee of $100.00 will be charged per application, and can be paid via credit card.
To complete your application, please ensure you have the following available:
- Birth certificate;
- Latest school report;
- Year 3, 5, 7 & 9 benchmark test results (where applicable);
- Court orders (where applicable);
- Education Adjustment Profile (IEP, evidence of diagnosis ie; ASD/impairment/disability);
- Copies of any specialist reports (if applicable).
