Netball Program
Goal: To nurture talented, cooperative, and enthusiastic netball players by focusing on skill development, strategic understanding, teamwork, and sportsmanship, while promoting personal development and a lifelong love for the sport.
Programs:
- Net, Set, Go (Prep – Year 2): is designed for young netball players to develop fundamental skills and a love for the game through a structured and fun approach. The program focusses on:
Net: Introducing basic netball skills such as passing, catching, and shooting, with an emphasis on developing coordination and confidence
Set: Building on fundamental skills by teaching fundamental game tactics, positioning, and teamwork, helping players understand game strategies and improve their play.
Go: Encouraging players to apply their skills in game-like situations, promoting active participation, sportsmanship, and enjoyment of netball through friendly matches and mini-tournaments. - CCC Representative Teams (Yeas 3-12): Focusing on advanced skill development, strategic gameplay, and team dynamics, while fostering a competitive spirit, commitment to excellence and strong sportsmanship.
Commitment:
- Participation requires attending weekly training sessions and being available for all scheduled games, demonstrating dedication, punctuality and a willingness to consistently improve and support the team.
